We’re just a short time away from International Women’s Day 2018 and the AIGA Portland’s Women Lead event, ‘Femme Council: Advice for Ladies Who Give A Sh*t and Aren’t Afraid to Ask’, and we are worked up about smashing that glass ceiling!
AIGA Portland’s Women Lead has a special evening planned to help you achieve your best in 2018. We are gathering on March 8, at Lagunitas Community Room to give you job, work, and life advice while we celebrate, cultivate, and connect you with our carefully selected ‘Femme Council’, made up of Portland female professionals who work in Design, Creative Law, Career Coaching, Project Management, Marketing, Branding, Business and more! You will get some fast-paced quality time with 16 accomplished ‘Femmes’, who are kicking ass and taking names.
• Want career advice?
• Want to know how to launch your own business?
• Want to talk to another professional mamma about how to juggle it all?
• Want to make lasting connections with leading and emerging career level ladies?
If so, this is the night for you! During this event we’ll have 2 giant tables with our star-quality mentors making up our ‘Femme Council’ for you to talk to. Kooky activities will lighten up the night, as well as some fun jokes by our comedian MC, Grace Sadie Cejas. Custom-made scout books will be there for your use, and we will share career mistakes during a fun-filled night of camaraderie.
**In order to keep the conversation moving, pre-registration for this event is required. If for any reason you can not make it you need to give at least a 48-hour notice. Spots are extremely limited, so please help us with this request. We cannot wait to celebrate, cultivate, and connect with each of you!
