Creative Mornings: Happiness

Give up. Don’t do anything.

That’s the advice Jon Raymond—writer of fiction, screenplays and art criticism—gives at the January 2013 Creative Mornings/Portland theme of Happiness.

Of course, there’s more context to it. Give up: submit to the thing that fascinates you most. Don’t do anything: sit still; be by yourself; think and reflect. Pretty great advice for a Friday.
