About Swift's new space:

Swift is a rapidly growing creative agency whose vision for the future is matched by its bold new work space. Established by CEO Liz Valentine and CCO Alicia McVey in 2006 along the industrial fringe of Northwest, Swift recently migrated a few blocks south to a reimagined warehouse/factory in the heart of Slabtown. The new design supports Swift’s core belief that creativity is an inherently collaborative process. It is a place to inspire great work and plenty of play.

The property that formerly housed an awning factory was developed by Tom Cody’s Project^ and designed by Beebe Skidmore. The shell of the original structure was preserved and soaring ceilings were amplified by new angular rooftop dormers and a mezzanine level wrapping the perimeter. Natural light is a key feature of the space, pouring in through skylights, double-height garage doors and both exterior and interior windows. A five-bay production studio accommodates large-scale shoots and supports Swift's in-house content creation.
