Family Connections

Annie Liebert, Independent creative director, graphic designer, and illustrator

Do you have many relatives? Is your extended family scattered in different places? Do you know who some of your ancestors were? Annie will share her experiences creating the Mishpakha Mirror, which began as a small analog newsletter, and evolved into a 100+ page annual family magazine that helps her huge family stay connected as they spread around the globe. The project is still developing and taking on new forms, yet the goal is always “connection”—connecting with loved ones, finding a common thread from the past to the future and relating thru creative collaboration.

Talk runs from 9:15am to 9:45am.
